Tia Harmer will be joined in this episode of Work in Progress: The Personal Productivity Science Insights Podcast by her colleague and host of On the House and Room by Room, Gabriella Joustra, to discuss the best benefits of working from home—some of you may already be aware of the impact of remote work on employers, employees, the economy, and the environment.
Gabriella is studying psychology at Monash University. Gabriella has a Bachelors of Journalism and has completed a range of journalism internships, specializing in radio and podcasts. Gabriella aspires to produce content that is informative, educational and entertaining, and particularly passionates about science and psychology. Gabriella is currently the host of two LMSL podcast; On the House, a podcast about building a healthy home lifestyle, and Room by Room, a podcast talks about different aspects of the science behind home organization.
Working from home has most likely been practiced for more than two years, since COVID-19 first appeared, and the number of COVID-19 cases has now significantly decreased. Gabriella and Tia will discuss whether workers should continue working from home or must go to the office, given that some people feel more productive at work in the office.
Gabriella and Tia will dive into what are the possible benefits of working from home with flexible hours.
